Arkon recommends using the RoadVise Holder with smartphones with skins and ruggedized cases. The RoadVise is designed to use two hands to install and remove your device. This is to make sure your device cannot be accidentally removed while adjusting viewing angle. The low-profile holder keeps rear smartphone cameras free for spontaneous pictures or videos. The motorcycle phone holder is easy to install. Just snap it onto the 17mm ball of the pedestal and use the included tightening ring to secure. The mount fits on handlebars up to 33mm in diameter and is easy to install with the included hex key. (Three handlebar spacer/adapter rings of different widths are also included with the mount. Choose the appropriate size for optimum mounting to your handlebar.) Garmin GPS devices can also be mounted by simply removing the holder and revealing the 17mm ball mount base.
