Please contact us directly and provide photos of the damaged ball with a description of the damage, the terrain on which it was used and the act that caused the damage, if any. While One World Futbols are sometime purchased as toys for pets, some animals are more destructive than others and may damage the ball more quickly. We therefore recommend only supervised play and we cannot replace a ball damaged by a pet.
