I used to love this mascara. But there was slmething wrong with this one: super clumpy, flaky and irritating.

Comparing it to other comparably priced mascara, this is the best. A nice, thick application. If you are lazy and don't always take your eye make up off at night (me!), just put some more on top of it in the morning and it looks great - sometimes even better. It lasts forever; I bought some around Christmas time when Good Morning America had it at 50% off - I swear, it lasted 6 months. And I do eye make up nearly every day!!!

While I wouldn’t say that this mascara offers bold or dramatic volume. I liked this formula. It leaves you with longer, thicker but still natural-looking lashes without clumps. The final effect is full and pretty. The formula appears to be pretty buildable, so perhaps more layers of mascara are appropriate if you want a bolder look. I love that this is vegan, and it’s a weighty tube of mascara, so I feel like it competes well in its price point.

this is usually the kind of wand that i go for, but in this case i almost wish that the wand was smaller. i suggest having disposable mascara wands at the ready when using this one, because it's going to apply too much product and its going to be clumpy. but when using another wand, you can manage to spread the product right where it's needed and even it out. i can't really say that it added any length, but it is pretty easy to remove. easier than most, at least. this isn't my mascara of choice by any means, but it's decent.

I loved how this made my eyelashes look…for awhile. Once dry it is a little flakey… not noticeably so but oh boy if you wear contacts you can feel it and it hurts! I tried this out for multiple weeks and each time had to remove my lenses and there were pieces of this mascara in my eye and stuck to my contacts. Such a bummer that it’s flakey because it looked beautiful on! Maybe for a photo shoot or something quick it’d be okay but not for daily use and not with contacts in.
