Concrete Minerals started over 10 years ago in Riverside, CA. We were dreaming of a line of mineral cosmetics that wasn't so completely and utterly boring. All the sass of your favorite cosmetics brands, with none of the trash ingredients. We're passionate about creating high-end vegan, cruelty-free products with a unique twist! All of our products always exclude scary preservatives like parabens and cheap fillers like talc and bismuth oxychloride! Built on a deluxe matte base, these matte shades offer superior adhesion and blend like a dream! Includes 4 Pro Matte Eyeshadow shades in: Allegiance (Bright white matte), Glory (Soft yellow matte), Valkyrie (Soft blue matte), and Vendetta (Deep maroon matte).
