Details: HOW TO USE: 1 .Apply small amount of cream around the eyes. "Padding” smoothly over wrinkles, forehead, puffy eyes, or other affected areas. DO NOT MASSAGE. DO NOT RUB back and forth. Remain expressionless for 2-3 minutes until product completely dry. Do not rub the cream back and forth once applied. Rubbing will generate small flakes. If flakes are seen, remove them with fingers. Do not wipe with wet cloth. 3. If using foundation, cream should be applied on the very top as the last step. Do not wear foundation, moisturizer, serum or oil based makeup over it. Do not apply makeup that has any type of oil or liquid in it because it will cause the eye cream to separate and reduces the effectiveness. CAUTION: Allow product to Dry Completely to Avoid creating a white film or flaking. If required, remove product with warm water, dry the area, wait a few minutes, then re-apply. DO NOT apply additional eye cream on top of the product that’s already on the skin, it could result in creating a white film or flake.
