• ?? HOW TO USE THE COLORING CRÈME - The application is easy with the non-drip formulation. Mix 1 part of 9NN Very Light Blonde Intense color with 2½ part of Moehair developer. Apply the permanent hair color mix on washed and dry hair, leave it on for 60 minutes, rinse off with shampoo, followed by conditioner. For root touch-up, apply the formula on new regrowth and process for 30 minutes before rinsing off
