Q: Why does the screen only show weight and BMI?
A: Please check if Starfit APP has been successfully connected to Runstar scale. When the Bluetooth connection is completed properly, the screen will rotate to show the results of weight, BMI and body fat percentage after the measurement is completed. For the rest of the data, you need to enter Starfit APP to check.
Q: How to connect the APP with the scale?
A: Download Starfit APP and complete registration, click on "Account" and find "Runstar-Rx", then click on the "+" in the upper right corner, click on the "Bluetooth" logo on the page and you will enter the searching for the smart devices. Click on the "Bluetooth logo" on the page and it will go to "Searching for the smart devices". When you find "My Scale", click to complete the connection. At this point, please note that a connected logo will appear on the screen of the scale.
Q: Why does the Starfit app always show disconnected?
A: Confirm that there are no other devices around that are connected to the body fat scale. If there are, please disconnect them first and give priority to connecting your device to the scale.
Q: How can multiple users use the same scale?
A: There are 2 ways: (1) Multiple Users with Separate Starfit Accounts. Please note only 1 Starfit account can pair with the smart scale at a time when measuring. (2) Multiple Users with a Shared Starfit Account. Users who create or log in to a Starfit account can create multiple user profiles within their account.
• FSA / HSA ELIGIBLE. Starfit APP syncs with Popular Fitness Apps: Apple Health, F1tbit, Health Connect, Fitdays.
• True Segmented Measurement: RunStar scale has a total of 8 electrode pads on the retractable handle and weighing surface, which measures the upper and lower limbs and trunk via Dual Frequency BIA segmented measurement to obtain the most realistic body composition data. You can get a printable body analysis reports in the Starfit APP
• Making Weighing Easier: Intelligent voice prompts are specially incorporated so that you don't need to stare at the screen of the smart scale to confirm whether the measurement is completed. It also acts as a reminder for correct posture. This transforms the weighing process into a more engaging and lively experience
• Get Everything in 20s: RunStar body composition scale scans your whole body in 20s and gets 28 body components, among which weight, body fat and BMI rotate on the screen in 3 different colors after the measurement is completed. You can view the complete 28 measurements in Starfit APP (Tip: Before taking measurements, please make sure to complete the Bluetooth connection in Starfit APP)
• Tracking & Syncing: Starfit APP is versatile and can record your every measurement and generate weekly, monthly and yearly charts. Simply open the app on your phone to view it anytime and anywhere.
